Users must provide accurate information, maintain account security, and refrain from any activity that disrupts our global operations or infringes upon others' rights.
Restricted Activities
- Unauthorized data mining or scraping of our inventory.
- Fraudulent transactional activity on Foodly® or Roomly®.
- Impersonation of EPCC Global representatives.

Section 2: Intellectual Property Rights
All branding, logos, and proprietary technology under the EPCC Global umbrella are legally protected under international IP laws.
Trademarks & Copyrights
The names HimCoffee®, Basi Biyalo®, and Everest Summit Tea® are registered trademarks. Any unauthorized use or reproduction is a violation of international law.
Section 3: Termination & Account Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services for any user found in breach of these terms.
Appeals Process
Users whose accounts have been suspended may appeal the decision within 30 days by contacting our legal department.
