Role Overview

EPCC Global LDA, as part of the expansion of the BasiBiyalo® portfolio throughout Europe, is looking for a Trainer to join its units in Portugal. The professional will be responsible for training and developing teams, ensuring excellent service and a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute franchise expansion strategies aligned with BasiBiyalo® brand vision and growth targets
  • Identify, evaluate, and recruit potential franchise partners and investors
  • Manage the end-to-end franchise development process, including lead generation, negotiations, and onboarding
  • Conduct franchise presentations, discovery days, and due diligence activities
  • Support franchisees during setup, launch, and early-stage operations to ensure brand compliance
  • Ensure franchise agreements, policies, and operational standards are consistently followed
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and training teams to support franchise success
  • Monitor franchise performance and recommend improvement strategies
  • Maintain accurate franchise documentation, reports, and development pipelines
  • Represent BasiBiyalo® at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of franchise models, business development, and brand management
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to analyze financial data and assess franchise viability
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities
  • Willingness to travel as required
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Office, and presentation tools

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5–8 years of experience in franchise development, business development, or expansion roles
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing franchise networks
  • Experience working with multi-location or retail/service-based brands preferred
  • Experience in franchise sales, partner onboarding, or investor relations is a strong advantage
