Coffee Making Artist – HimCoffee®

Role Overview

EPCC Global LDA, as part of the expansion of the HimCoffee® Cafe throughout Europe, is looking for a Coffee Making Artist to join its units in Portugal. The professional will be responsible for coffee making artist, training and developing teams, ensuring excellent service and a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, brew, and serve coffee beverages to HimCoffee® standards, ensuring consistency in taste, texture, and temperature
• Create visually appealing coffee presentations, including latte art and specialty drinks
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of coffee preparation and service areas
• Engage with customers, providing knowledge about coffee types, brewing methods, and seasonal specials
• Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment
• Monitor inventory levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies, assisting with restocking as needed
• Collaborate with team members to develop new coffee drinks and seasonal menu items
• Uphold HimCoffee® brand standards in quality, service, and customer experience

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Barista certification or formal training in coffee preparation preferred
• Knowledge of coffee beans, roasting profiles, brewing techniques, and milk texturing
• Strong attention to detail and creativity in drink presentation
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with focus and precision
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays

Experience:

• Minimum 2–4 years of professional experience as a barista or coffee artist
• Proven ability in creating latte art and specialty coffee beverages
• Experience in a specialty coffee shop, café, or similar customer-facing environment preferred
• Ability to maintain quality under high-volume service conditions
