Service Crew – BasiBiyalo®
Role Overview
EPCC Global LDA, as part of the expansion of the BasiBiyalo® portfolio throughout Europe, is looking for a Trainer to join its units in Portugal. The professional will be responsible for training and developing teams, ensuring excellent service and a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and serve customers promptly, courteously, and professionally
- Take orders accurately and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area, dining area, and kitchen
- Assist in food preparation and packaging as needed
- Handle cash, POS systems, and transactions accurately
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations
- Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, or feedback in a polite and efficient manner
- Support team members in daily operations and maintain smooth workflow
- Follow BasiBiyalo® operational procedures, policies, and brand standards
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented personality
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Basic numeracy and cash handling skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of hygiene and safety standards preferred
Experience:
- Prior experience in food service, hospitality, or customer service is an advantage
- Experience in fast-food or café operations is a plus, but fresh candidates are welcome
- Ability to handle busy hours while maintaining service quality
